A Private Trip Just for You and Your Group!

Did you know that we can arrange a private trip for you to many of our destinations? Are you celebrating a special event or prefer to keep your group to close friends or family? If so, this option is the one for you!

Why Choose a Private Trip?

With a private trip, you can tailor our itineraries to fit your group’s interests. If you have a group size that is the same or similar to one of our scheduled departures, you may be able to take over a scheduled trip if no one else has signed up yet.

Some locations require advance planning, while others you may schedule on shorter notice, but you will always have more options the sooner you book. For our ship-based trips, you will need to charter the entire ship, so keep that in mind!

How Does It Work?

You have TWO options to create your perfect Private Trip:

Do you want to duplicate one of our advertised trips and make it PRIVATE?

How many people will be traveling in your group?
When would you like to travel? (Include target range of dates.)
What are the “Must-Sees” for you on this itinerary?

Would you like to craft your own customized itinerary to one of our current destinations and make it PRIVATE?

Email us the following:

Where would you like to travel to?
How many people will be traveling in your group?
When would you like to travel? (Include target range of dates.)
What are the “Must-Sees” and special interests of your group?
What are the specific goals for this trip? (Special occasion, celebration, specific wildlife, etc.)

We will follow up to schedule a free 15- to 30-minute consultation to discuss your options. After the consultation, if you wish, we can put together an itinerary for you for a small preparation fee of $750, which can be applied toward the trip once booked. This fee includes 20 hours of professional planning and time to create your ultimate itinerary. If trip customization planning exceeds 20 hours, a fee of $30 per hour will be applied thereafter.
