We’re thrilled to share that Happywhale, founded by our very own former owner, Ted Cheeseman, was recently featured on NPR! In the segment, Ted dives into Happywhale’s mission to involve the public in whale conservation through citizen science, allowing anyone to contribute to whale research by identifying and tracking individual whales. This recognition highlights the importance of community-driven conservation efforts and the incredible impact of collective data in protecting marine life.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel, call Monterey Bay Whale Watch at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charge. Monterey Bay Whale Watch may cancel a trip at any time due to weather, under-subscription, or unforeseen circumstances. Trips will take place if it is raining, but not in strong windy conditions. If you are unsure about the weather, please call 831-375-4658 and we will advise you on the trip status.
