Cancellation & Refund Policy
Some payments are refundable depending on the time left before departure. A small cancellation fee is withheld that may go toward another tour if reserved within six months of the cancelled trip’s departure date. Please review and understand your specific cancellation and refund information in the Costs section of your itinerary. Find all itineraries in our Current Trips list. Foreign Transaction Fee
If you live outside the USA, your credit card company may charge you a separate “foreign transaction fee” or “cross-border assessment” that will appear on your credit card statement. This fee is kept by your credit card company and not received by Cheesemans’ Ecology Safaris. Your credit card issuing bank can tell you if they charge this fee.
Currency Converter
Use a currency converter to translate between the currencies of two countries. Please note that your credit card company has its own conversion calculation so it may be different.
