[ cheesemans.com ] [ Contact Us ] [ Current Trip List ] We hope you enjoy this winter 2010 edition of our newsletter. We hope you had a very nice holiday season. The Cheesemans ended the season by beginning their famous month-long expedition to Antarctica. Ted, Doug, and Gail said that the expedition started off with an exceptional day at Steeple Jason on the Falkland Islands with the famous breeding colony of over 200,000 Black-browed Albatross. We can't think of a better way to start the new year! The secret is out and you are the first to hear the exciting news! We are scheduling another Antarctic expedition for December 2011! This will be very much like the expedition underway now. Don't miss out, call us to sign up! |

African Safari - a Dream Come True for You this Summer
Above: Leopard, Hippopotamus, Striped Hyena, Lion, Cheetah. We hope you will celebrate our 30th anniversary with us by joining the safari that started it all! Doug and Gail love leading East African safaris and for good reason - even after 54 safaris there is always a new experience waiting. A maximum of 18 participants, with only four per stretch, four-wheel drive, pop-top vehicle, allows space and flexibility for great photography and wildlife watching. Our resident naturalist drivers have spent years working with us. We give you maximum time in the field, to get the best light and the time needed to encounter Leopards, Lions, Cheetahs, many other species of mammals, splendid birds, and fascinating reptiles. A few spaces are still open on our safari to Botswana and Zambia with Grant Reed featuring carefree mobile camping that gets you into remote areas. Immerse yourself in Africa! We scheduled our summer safaris to Botswana, Zambia, and Kenya so you can combine them into the experience of a lifetime! Botswana and Zambia, July 24-August 12, 2010 |
